My family went there on Sunday Mother's Day. We had reservations for 6 people at 7:00 PM. It was fairly busy, but not jam packed. The server took our order quickly (although she wasn't prepared to tell us what the specials were). 2 side salads and 1 appetizer of pretzels were brought out within 10 minutes. The main dishes, however, weren't served until an over hour later. The server didn't tell us what the problem was, but annoyingly apologized many times. We noticed that several tables were waiting a long time as well. Finally, we demanded to see the manager, who also apologized profusely and told us the food would arrive shortly and he would take care of the bill (which he did). Some of the dishes arrived without the sides ordered and a steak was over cooked, but we ate it because we were extremely hungry. I may give The Liberty another chance in the future because of prior good experiences, but I hope they can resolve their issues. No one should have to wait 1 hour for a meal once the the order goes in.
