  • I had the opportunity to learn about Shane from several different watch forums as well as the reviews cited. Living in Ottawa, I was unable to get to Shane in person to have him take a look at my two watches, a Cauny Chronograph and an Eterna dress watch. I sent the two pieces to him via courier and followed up with a quick phone call. Shane was amazing. Courteous and friendly. He cleaned both watches, serviced and regulated both of them within a week. I received both watches one day after mailing him payment. They were immaculate, in fact they looked better than new. Moving forward I will send all of my watches to Shane. I hope that an opportunity presents itself to meet Shane in person. Truly an amazing person.
