  • NEVER use OnTrac. EVER!!! My package 'mysteriously' disappeared after getting into the hands of their delivery staff. The business I ordered from tried numerous times to track my package, but OnTrac absolutely refused to respond at all. Their lack of response basically said, "Screw you, we don't giving an effing shite about you or your company, and we care even less about your customers." OnTrac cost this small business over $100 because my order was naturally and graciously replaced. FedEx dropped the new package right at my door precisely when promised. OnTrac then cost me more money, because instead of being able to give my family special little gifts to commemorate their visit to Las Vegas, I now have to spend additional shipping costs to mail these gifts out. Do NOT under any circumstances use OnTrac for anything. You'd be better off hiring my cat for all the good it would do you. On the other hand, at least my cat is honest.
