I am reminded that I haven't yet written a review for this place. We recently attended a wedding at this large venue, and I had been there years ago for a work Holiday party.
It is a beautiful open space. Nice chairs that do not need to be covered and a lovely reception area.
The wedding we were at had given options for the meal and generally our table had the steak and lobster. In addition, multiple Chinese courses were added. Fair to say there was an obscene amount of food. The food was generally good. We left as they were putting out an awesome looking dessert buffet, but I don't know who would have had room to eat any of it.
On to service, which is where I took off the star. It was a wedding with lots of children. The dinner started late. Because of her allergy my kid could not eat most of the food at the reception. We explained the situation and asked if she could have a roll while they were seating for dinner and they absolutely would not. The head table had to be served first, no exception. Lesson learned, bring snacks that your kid will eat if they have allergies.
