For a basement gym, decent layout and size, modern enough equipment, OK classes (in comparison to Les Mills).
Problems:
Management! Abrasive, inattentive and nonchalant. Customer centric is definitely a concept unknown to them.
Billing! I have had immense billing issues with extremely long times for
Resolution, coupled with managements attitude, I really don't know if I would return to this gym once my membership is up but the proximity to my home makes it the only viable option.
