  • This company needs to fire Melissa, the scheduler. I had an appointment with them and was never informed that "a tech cancelled". I had to call to get the information after she had gone home for the day. If company cannot handle scheduling, I highly doubt they can handle fixing a garage door. We have cancelled our appointment and have gone with a company that knows how to function. Don't waste your time with them, go to someone else first.
