After a long day at the Wet Republic, a group of us decided we needed to refuel with some good, quality sushi. I am a bit wary of sushi in Vegas, so I used Yelp to find a place and this happened to be just around the corner from my friend's apartment.
Decor inside was very modern. There was a decent amount of seating, but not really that great for large parties. We were a group of 5 and it took about 10 minutes for them to figure out how to accommodate us despite having a half empty restaurant.
What I got to try:
Sunny salmon roll - delicious!
Garlic edamame - very flavorful, and slightly spicy
Ceviche - soooo freaking good... The Mexican-Asian fusion was on point for this dish
Volcano roll - I didn't realize this was going to be deep fried. I'm not a big fan of deep fried sushi but it wasn't bad.
Service was friendly but food came out pretty haphazardly. My food took the longest, but it was worth the wait.
