  • I've given this place two chances. We'll never be back after yesterday. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment, and when my husband and I got there, they said they remembered me calling, but didn't write down my appointment. Then they made him wait up front way longer than it should take to just drop off the car for an oil change. The store manager said he needed to take a phone call and disappeared. Another employee came out asking if we had been helped, and then said the manager wasn't even on the phone and "was doing something back there he shouldn't even been doing, bringing cars in when he should be taking them out." Whatever that means. So then when the manager reappears and my husband starts talking to him (after taking another phone call) he abruptly cuts him off and asks what the customer behind him needs!!! The time before this, their computers were down and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes to pay and get out of there. UPDATE: Two days after our oil change and now our car won't start.
