The visit. Next week Friday, same text, they'd be coming the next day. Again, never showed up, I got a message 1hr before close to tell me they wouldn't be coming. We call to cancel our service because of their 2 no shows and we ended up paying $100 to cancel. The best part is they we're rescheduled to come today, and when my husband called he said he heard someone say they had changed it to the 17th!! So we basically paid $149 total for a pre treatment and 3 canceled appointments. Yeah, no thanks!
Really happy with my service. I got an email for a reminder for the appointment, my technician Waylon Knapp, was very nice and professional. He even came early and worked fast. I asked that he text when he was done so my dogs wouldn't wake my son and he did just that. I honestly don't have any complaints!
