  • I've been using Sterling on my rental property for several years, but this is the first review. I've always received good service, but I continue to notice how professional, friendly and presentable their technicians are. Today I had regular service and inspections on my plumbing and AC. Both Jeff and Jay were on time, in a clean uniform and were able to speak intelligently with me about what they were doing. There were a couple of minor issues, and both told me what I could put off and what was more important to take care of now (no heavy sales pitch). I would recommend Sterling based on the service I have received thus far.
