  • Excellent & fast caring customer service, extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Just all around amazing company who really cares about their customers. Update: I have been using Surefire awhile now and no matter the time or day he has always helped and always either came over or replied pending my need or question. I am new to southern NV. The bugs here are OMG!! My house is bug free and the neighbors is not. Just amazing. UPDATE: When we moved in 6 months ago we quickly learned some neighbors had roaches. I found Surefire on Yelp. I'm new to Vegas not Nevada. It's the end of August and he has done an amazing job. No roaches at all or other bugs. We have recently found out that our surrounding neighborhood has Scorpions!! I do the whole freak out and panic because I found one baby on the kitchen floor. I have an epileptic husky and an autistic grandson who play in the back yard as well as the house. I called Surefire and he was there that afternoon. He has taken care of our problem and has made sure everyone is safe. He continues to monitor and spray just to make sure our grandson and our doggie are very safe. Pretty top notch!! I would recommend him to anyone. It doesn't make it easy either as the neighbors just go out and make the scorpions mad! So they scatter!!
