rev:text	I will say that my review of this location is rather late since when my car was let's say, beaten up, yelp wasn't really a thing. I'll start by saying that after what happened to me I went to the bbb and they did nothing. Have you seen that they have a A+ rating with them but their reviews are terrible!!! Essentially if they deny the claim that your making by LYING then their grade doesn't change. It's a joke and I looked about the owners of this location, and a few years back some customers got together because of what this shop did to their vehicles and took them to court and this place turns around and sues the customers!!!!!! I took my car in because I needed a tire put on and since it was a busy Saturday I thought I'd give this place a try. I spoke with Brandon at the front desk and he assured me that this could be done no problem. I needed an oil change since my regular shop was booked so I asked them and they said it would be no problem. Omg I should've seen the warning signs. These "boys" or should I say "children" they have working there have no idea what they are doing. My rims have no wheel lock on them and they had me go into the shop because they couldn't get the bolts off?????? My dad used a tire iron to take off the old tire and to put the spare on............ they finally got the bolts off and then comes the juicier part of what happened. I get called back into the shop and they pulled my hood latch so hard that it snapped the cable and with out my permission they pulled or "snapped" off the panel to get to the cable. My panel that houses the cable is cracked and when I took it to bmw they laughed because they said that they could tell that whoever took the panel off had no idea what they were doing and essentially just pulled on the panel until it popped off. By them doing this they even broke the pin that connects this panel to the outside wheel well. They claimed that my car came into their shop in this condition. Oh and my oil change, they never changed the filter!!! They told me I was responsible for the repairs on my vehicle. This place is a joke and these people have no idea how to work on vehicles. I will advise anyone no matter how dire your situation is to stay away from these people because your car will leave the shop is worse condition. To top it all off when I got into my car the temperature read Celsius. I filed a complaint and the manager who assured me that the children in his shop could handle the repairs said that everything that was broken on my car was not their fault and I brought my car in that way. Stay away from this place!!
