| - from experience this is the worst daycare. I've being going to tinker town for about two years now. first things first there cheap and there open 24 hours and I used to work late nights which was perfect. but being cheap and convenient is not always worth it. starters I will never bring in a cup, blanket, tee shirt, extra diapers, extra wipes, crib sheet, bottle, formula, shoes, backpack, jacket, nothing why because everyone expect for tranisse and Maryann, DeeDee, Michelle. would lose them and would be able to find it and give the excuse sorry I just got on shift and I don't know where it is.
my kids are constantly being bite, kicked, scratched, all they do is just write it up and basically in one hear and out thee other. My kids have a sister from their dads side that also goes to the daycare. I've been asked multiple times why and how are my girls are related to their sister. gave them a simple answer which I shouldn't have to explain. not only did they never leave the situation alone they question my daughter not sure which teacher because I now don't see her any more.. but they question my daughter why isn't her daddy here.. How are they sisters!!! which they have no right to question a child none what's so ever! secondly my niece also attends the daycare mostly in the evening time. my niece has documents stating everything she's allergic to. APPLESUACE anything APPLE, MILK just to point out a few. the night crew fed my niece apple sauce "saying they didn't know she was allergic." they never called her mom or any one they let her fall asleep and wake up crying before my sister could get to the daycare. then when we brought it to management aka JACKIE she gave my sister a couple days free. she called my sisters daughter a problem and her teachers don't need to have licenses or have education for child care. The teachers never pay attention I've walked into my oldest daughters class the wobbler many times and they tell me my daughter isn't in the class or she left. and I'm staring directly at my child. my last day going to this daycare was Monday and since talking to Jackie things only have gotten worst which made me take my kids out of the daycare. my last and final day I went in like a normal day for my kids came in at 745 walked in had to interrupt the teachers that are talking so heavily about their life. So I could ask if my girls could get some breakfast she (the teacher) looks and me and says "sorry we have run out of food." I kept my cool called their grandmother to pick them up and I demanded that I speak to the owner so she could be aware of this. after asking to speak to the owner for a little over 3 months she finally called me and I was able to vent everything. that has been going on. Jackie is a terrible director of a daycare stating my education isn't up to par with hers and I have no idea how a daycare should be ran. The only reason I stayed at the daycare for so long is because Maryann and DeeDee, and tranisse. keeping my girls safe as possible and letting me know certain things. you know its bad when the teachers worn you about Jackie and how she runs things. I would use your best judgment if you do go to this daycare watch your money since this seems to be the only thing they can get right taking peoples money and not worrying about the well being of children
