  • This woman and her group are a fraud as far as I'm concerned. My dad just died and my mom and I have been looking at homes to move her here from Montana. We saw an Open House sign Sunday so checked out the house and my mom fell in love with the house and the price so she called her realtor here and told her she finally found "The House" and talked to her banker, etc. to get the ball rolling. It turned out it was a FAKE open house to drum up more business.. The house was already under contract, how sleazy! We knew something seemed odd because Rita's little worker bees couldn't even look at us when we kept coming back for pictures. A fake Open House is a scam in my book and we will no longer go to any because we don't trust the house is actually for sale. Rita DeSimone and her associates should be ashamed of their business practices.
