  • We chose this public storage because of its location. The controlled atmosphere was a plus. The customer service is great. But we are now going on a third increase of monthly rent. I believe we are at about a year and a half to two years of being a customer. I just received our new increase to $47.00 a month for a 5x5. I have a problem with being convinced that I have to have their renters insurance when for a fact I know my own renters insurance covers this type of coverage. I will be telling them to accept my current renters policy or we will need to move our belongings. This is a $9.00 monthly charge. I don't understand why don't take care of customers that have been long term.
