When I first walked In I wasn't even close to being acknowledged. I was the one who had to say hello just to even have someone look up at me. *the door makes a noise when you open so why they didn't acknowledge me then, idk* The guy who did my pedicure was a doll & very nice. Talked to me a little bit and did my toes & feet pretty well. Which is why there is a 2 star. As for my nails..... I believe it was the owner because he was the one who was telling the other employees to do things; I sat in the chair because he asked if I was ready and I sure was but he clearly was not. He was too busy on the phone going back and forth about paying a certain tax price for the shop and what the difference was between Nevada and Ohio.. The owner proceeded to continuously stop in the middle of doing my nails, kept getting up to walk away, pulls out his wallet to pay for things through the phone, hardly spoke to me.. He obviously had better things to be doing than my nails. He asked if I was ready but should make sure he is also ready which he clearly was not. I'm not knocking him for handling business but don't do it when I am the one trying to give you MY BUSINESS. Pay attention to the client in front of you. Or simply give me to another nail tech so I can have a good experience. He also seemed as if he rushed my nails as well, they were very poorly done. I only got them done 6 days ago and they are already lifting as if I had them on for weeks and weeks. Not to mention all of the bubble looking things on my nails too...horrible.. it was my first and definitely last time coming here. My toes look good though!! Thank you pedicure guy
