| - Worst car wash experience I have ever had. Someone had vomited in my car the day before, and I read the reviews of this place and decided to give it a shot. Paid for the $25 full car wash, and an extra $10 for an Armor-all treatment. After about 25 minutes, my car was finished (which should have been a sign that it wasn't done completely). I get in the car and from first site it looked fine. When I got back home in Rock Hill, I walked around and opened the passenger door, and the entire door (where the stains were) wasn't touched at all. I cleaned the door and the window off myself, then realized my house key was off my key ring. I drove back to Autobell, told them about the key and my car, and the guy said "well we knew it was vomit and couldn't touch it, we're not allowed to". I understand the safety issues, and completely agree with it. But after paying $35, I thought my car would have been cleaned. Not one person informed me that they were not allowed to clean that side of my car until I drove back and confronted them. Told him about the house key too, and it was never found.
