First of all Centurylink LIED about the Internet speed I would be getting, the amount of channels I would have, the price of my packages, the capabilities of their app and so on and so on. Prism TV glitches constantly! I have had my DVR box replaced twice and I still need to reset it 3-4 times per week! secondly they have screwed up my billing and my account information every month. I have had their services for 8 months and everything is still screwed up! Lastly I cannot believe the incompetence and the rude attitude I get every time I need to call in for an issue which is at least once per month since they screw up my bill every month! I can't wait for my contract to be over so I can go back to cable or DirecTV! Centurylink is a bunch of liars and crooks!
