I won't be able to provide a review of our experiences here as we haven't had the chance to book a massage. I bought my mother a massage package from Groupon and when I called to make the reservation all seemed fine - until I mentioned we purchased the massage from Groupon. Suddenly, the tone of the phone call shifted and I was left waiting on the line until the person I was speaking to hung up on me. When I called back, the rude demeanor continued and she acted as though this was all perfectly normal. Hopefully I'll be able to refund our purchase from Groupon.
