I can see why there can be a wide range of opinions on this restaurant. It starts with the pizza. I know there are basically two kinds of crust, thin and thick. Old Chicago servers the latter, but I think it has a new twist. The crust to me is more like a biscuit dough. It is light and slightly crispy. Most people are used to a heavier more substantial dough. I am still getting used to the crust on the pizza here. The pizza is still good, but it makes me think. Oh well I think I have to go back for more research and beer.
