Wonderful emergency room. I went to their ER early this morning (4am) and there was no wait which I'm not surprised given the time. But the registration women were so nice and took their time when speaking to me. Then they brought me to the back and made sure I was comfortable. The nurse who helped me was amazing! She was funny and nice I believe her name was Carrie, she was terrific! Even with the women next to me she took such great care of her.
I went to the ER because of a misdiagnosis from a cvs minute clinic(no surprise) so my strep throat got really bad. But luckily this ER was terrific. Dr Kim came in and I barely waiting much time I think by the time I got into my room the nurse came right away, then about 25-30min later dr Kim came and if you have ever been to an ER before for minor illness that is fast! So I was very pleased. I really liked how he listened to me as a patient, he showed actual concern and did his look around my throat and then based on what I explain with my symptoms and medical history he put me on anti biotics for strep throat which previously at cvs clinic I was told it was just a cold(big difference when you actually see a dr who wants you to get better and cares). It was so nice to,they gave me my first dose before leaving the ER so I could start my healing sooner than waiting for a pharmacy to open. It was a very nice emergency room highly recommended. I've never felt welcomed at an emergency room before but this staff was so amazing! Everyone. It seemed as if every one smiled and was nice to one another too. It was pleasant! Which is odd for an ER. It's nice to know after moving to Lv that there is such a wonder hospital near me. If you have any medical issues go there, and if your lucky enough to get nurse Carrie you will be so happy she was great! So funny too makes you feel like she's a friend which is comforting. Overall best ER experience I've ever had. Thank you so much for being so wonderful and listening to your patients and helping me get better if it wasn't for you guys there I would be miserable and very sick so thank you.
