  • Well first of all im very upset that i even have to give 1 star to this store and their employees.. i have been a long time customer with Petco (over 8 years) .. and i spend an average of $150- $200/month of Nutro dog food and occasionally toys for my 4 dogs .. I've never felt like such an inconvience like i did tonight at Petco on serene/eastern .. While walking up to the store, there was a blonde lady in a yellow shirt standing at the doors (in between them) but with the doors almost completely shut, with just enough space for her to stand there.. i walk up to the door that she's "guarding" and she asks "do you already know what you're buying? " .. i was immediately thrown off but i responded . man in a black pollo tshirt behind her said "WE LET YOU IN" with an attitude and raised voice .. and again i stated "yea after you harrassed me" .. i then asked .. "ok so just to confirm, its just THIS location that closes their doors to customers 15minutes before they close right?" .. no one replied, i obviously was bothering them .. then i grabbed my nutro and started to walk out at 6:51pm (time on my reciept) .. the doors to the store were CLOSED and that same blonde hair lady in the yellow shirt had to PUSH the doors open to let me out at 6:51 when this location closes at 7pm .. (pull video footage to see for yourself) I obviously was ruining their after work plans and my business was an inconvenience to them ... i definitely will be changing all my future pet purchases to another competitor and will make sure all my friends and family do the same .. i would hate for a friend or family member to feel what i felt tonight .. ive never felt more disrepected or unwelcomed in my life.. I have cancelled my Petco Repeat Delivery services of over $100 each month.. I do not recommend this store or this company to anyone who loves or cares about their pets !!!!
