  • Very Unhappy so far. I placed an order for $600+ for about 500 business cards. Dont really care about how much they are because i hand ONE out every week or so. So when i do give them out, i want them to be top quality. We have ordered from these guys in the past. We ordered hard plastic white cards with rounded edges. My guy designed them and all came out super pimp. Problem was that for this new order i wanted to place, i knew i was going to want their "premium product" so i paid and asked them to design. Reason being they have foil, embossing, 3 layers blah blah blah and figured their designers would know how to incorporate it all into a design. I was super stoked thinking i was going to get a super quality design. Needless to say i was disappointed, so disappointing that i decided you know we are in such a wrong direction, why don't i just call them instead so i can point them in the right direction. So i did, i ended up talking to a guy GIL or PHIL? Either way the dude completely blew me off pretty much telling me yeah yeah yeah send an email. So I DID. My email said, look your design process isn't working out, i tried calling i got my first and only proof and i was unhappy, tried to call to get it fixed and ended up getting you employee giving me an attitude/ actually being VERY SHORT with me. Sorry PHIL/GIL if I annoyed you, maybe design isn't the right job for you? So anyways, I sent a cancel the design email around 3:49. literally 30 minutes later, they send an email telling me they charged my card $99 for the design fee. I basically tell them on the phone, look i have the yelp app open, if the $99 is worth a poor review, keep it. But I would advise you make the customer happy, it isn't worth $100 to have a pissed off customer. Literally tell the dude on the phone, that if they don't give the $100 back i will be forced to take the time and write a review on my experience. He declines and says he will talk to the owner. I say just before i hang up, are you sure? I don't want you to make this decision without speaking to the owner. I ask is HENRY F. The owner? I see his comments on Yelp They say yes. And i ask he'd rather me state my experience over $100? He continues to try and get me go forward with the design the whole time mind you. Finally I budge, I agree, I say fine i will let you design it, either way your not giving me my $100 back because when i called them today 10/23 i had chase disputes on the line and they said "they've been trying to reach me to finalize the design" So whatever design it. I left my feedback as promised.... Should they leave or do a good design, i will improve their score/stars but until then one star is what you gave me and 1 star is what you get. If me or any of the employees were put in that positions i would loose the $100 any day of the week before proving that money is more important than the customer or customer satisfaction. Their true colors showed today.... and not design colors....
