| - Good: room, view, breakfast food
Bad: check-in, staff seems untrained especially in their online specials, ants in restaurant
We made a reservation through their website. When we showed up they had an email showing the reservation, but said the it wasn't in their system. They charged us full payment, so we ended up paying twice. Once we got in, the room was very nice. Good view, nice balcony, big bathroom, very comfortable bed. We had purchased the bad and breakfast special which included the classic breakfast. When we showed up in the morning, they seemed pretty confused about what to do, but luckily the waitress, Chaela, took care of everything. The breakfast was great. The only bad part about breakfast was the big line of ants walking across the floor and under our table.
