  • Mr. Detail just set me up with a fantastic set of TSW Mallory Wheels including TPMS, spline nuts, hub rings, balance, and install. I compared prices on the Internet, and in town here as well. Apples-for-apples Mr. Detail had the best prices hands down. But that is just the beginning. When I called them asking nine or so detail-oriented OCD questions in a row AT LUNCH HOUR, Sammy patiently answered each one, and added notable peripheral information that I did not know enough to ask about. One phone-call was like a mini speed learn course in wheel technology. Then, even though they could have closed me right on the phone, they suggested that I come to the show-room to look at the wheels before I make a purchase decision, since things look different online than in real life. Their show room is the most complete in Calgary. A large number of wheel manufacturers are represented by the wheel samples on display. Their concern was for me, that I order the wheels I could touch first so that I would not have different expectations when the wheels were delivered. Smart move for both of us. When I called other sellers in town, they had to call me back several times because they did not ask me all the right questions. Also their delivery cycle estimates were longer (like double) and every second question was "just a moment, I have to ask". Mr. Detail had my wheels in my hands installed seven days after I ordered (a day ahead of schedule), inclusive of the order and delivery day, and I ordered after 1:00pm! On delivery day, Mr. Detail kept his shop open after business hours in order to complete the job, which was great, because it is a very long drive for me. I had to bring in my tires to do the install so I really did not want to make two trips. Also, Mr. detail is right near the train, so when I went to the show room to see the wheels I just took the train from downtown at lunch time. Perfect. Best price, loves wheels and knows them inside out. This was the best automotive service experience I have ever had by a country mile. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Detail to my family members and friends. I am very highly satisfied with the entire experience at this store.
