  • We purchased a home with a DuPure water softener already installed, and have limped along for the past three years with water that was never really very soft. Well it finally kicked the bucket, which put us in the market for a new softener. I actually had another company out to repair the old one and they told me it was irreparable; but because of their yelp rating, I chose not to go with them on the purchase of a new one. I did some additional research on companies and saw Integrity Water Solutions had a 5 star rating, unlike every other water treatment company in the area. I read several reviews, and then called and talked to Michelle - boy was she knowledgeable! My husband took a sample of our water by their office, which they they tested for us. He had a good and thorough conversation with Michelle and "Winston" about our options.. We decided on a CLACK, which is considered the top in the industry, and carries a 15 year warranty. Marco came to install the softener today, he was on time, meticulous, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely personable. Let me just say, i highly recommend Integrity Water Solutions.
