In the words of Bob Marley, "Don't Let Dem Fool Ya".
First time here and definitely the last time here. Stayed here for 3 days. The decor seems nice but, at a closer look you can see the low budget patch and fix jobs that were done all around. The room I had seemed nice but, the bed was hard. I couldn't find the Sleep Number remote. Started looking for it and looked under the bed and mattress to see if it was mistakingly put there but, I found a used condom instead. Told the front desk about the issue the next morning. He replied to me with no shock at all and asked if I called last night about the issue. It seems there were 3 or 4 other complaints of a similar problem. The best he did was give me a free breakfast card and said they would have someone take care of it. I asked for the manager but, the person that was there said he was out until Monday. After going out for about an hour I came back and asked for the managers contact information and the same person I spoke to early tells me the manager is here. I spoke with the manager and he claimed he couldn't adjust the rate since we got our rate from Expedia. He gave me 2 breakfast vouchers and said he was sorry and the problem should have been taken care of. I went back to the room and the used condom was still there under the mattress. SMH. Before I could go back downstairs to tell the manager he called and changed our room to a new room with a jacuzzi tub. Moved to the new room and things seemed better. Unfortunately the shower had a loose tile, the jacuzzi tub drain plug got stuck and took forever to reopen to drain the water after it was used, and some of the lights weren't working. Also, the fitness room didn't seem to be looked after much as the 2 days that I worked out in there they never replaced the water and never picked up the used towels. Not sure why people have weddings at this place but, I guess it's the clientele.
