FedEx at Durango really needs to get it together. They only had two people working behind the counter. Although, this location is small the customer volume is enormous. I was impressed with how the female sales person handled the customer. At first, she was all by herself for quite some time. The male co-worker went missing-in-action, and I'm not talking about a restroom break either. He was behind the counter, but not helping.
The female associate was trying her best to handle all the traffic. She explained to the male co-worker which person was next in line. He was completely clueless. There were about 7 people in line, including me, and it took 25 minutes to ring up my two items. One line was suppose to be for FedEx and the other for small store purchases. Unfortunately, the two lines got blurred.
Even though, the male sales associate said I would be next he took some other guy who walked in after me. Further proving he does not know what he is doing. He never made eye contact or knowledge his coworker. The only reason why I'm not giving a one star in this review is because of the female worker. Good job for her (I was there between the hours of 1:00 to 2:00pm.)
