  • i wish i could give this unprofessional dealership less then one star because they don't even deserve that. After spending 60,000 on a car i got treated like complete trash not only by the sales representatives but by the all state that's inside of the dealership. To start off with one of the sales rep. took a picture of me next to my car (with out my consent) and posted the picture all over twitter. When i got around to talking to the general manager he told me that the pipsqueak had been fired, it was very soothing to my soul. Now for the all state department NICHOLE was the one who helped me. she was the most unprofessional of them all. She was unclear of the price i would be paying. when she started drafting 1,100-1,800 out of my account there came a 40$ withdraw fee witch they didn't put back. i feel like i got robbed and scammed. I am sure all state is a great company just not at this location stay away they don't know how to do anything.
