  • Decent dim sum. I don't know of any other options in Las Vegas. When Vegas locals dine in, its probably a good bet Ping Pang Pong is considered one of the better places for dim sum. Make sure you get there early as there is a line during the rush hour. The dim sum is good the service is ok. We went in during the Sunday brunch crowd, a group of 10 and they sat us on two tables as my buddy (who is a Vegas local), was able to make a reservation for us. I loved their dim sum. You name it, Har Gow, Siu Mai, noodles, spare ribs, baos, etc...it was all pretty good. What sucked was the popular items such as the Har Gow (shrimp balls) and Siu Mai (steaming dumplings) always ran out. Every cart that rolled through all said "later". Yummy for Vegas standards....
