| - I went in last night, about 8PM and I was the only customer in there. It was so hot, 99 degrees, and the girl who took my order told me it was that hot inside all day. When I paid for my order there was a sign posted stating that this business will close forever at the end of July. With 3 employees working that I saw, it took about 15 minutes to get my 1 pound of beef, bread and peppers. Beef alone was very bland. Lacked seasoning. Gravy was so full of fat, that when I went to make a sandwich for lunch today, the quart of gravy was more than 1/2 fat, which I tossed. With that said, I warmed the beef in the gravy which I removed the fat from. I put some provolone on the bread, then a healthy serving of beef and topped it with the jardinaire. It was very good and spicy. Based on my experience, I would try it again. Sad, because I have seen Al's so many times on TV but apparently Las Vegas has not been kind to this place.
