Below Par Heating and Cooling. Referred to by my home warranty company. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10am. When that time came and went I called and learned I was never added to the schedule. They made it out around 7pm. The technicians were friendly, but never actually figured out what was causing the noise. They changed the capacitor, but the noise remained. I called the home warranty company to have the issue revisited. Suddenly today, an employee from Below Par that didn't look at the unit (because he was never there) had figured out what was causing the noise. This "problem" wasn't covered under the warranty, but they would gladly do the work for $1800.
Think I'll go to an honest company for the work.
