I bought a 2011 F-150 last year and found out the AC doesn't really work all the time. I had taken it to 3 different places they all charged me for service. I took it to Brett Stultz at this Network location because my neighbor Bob highly recommended them. He has done business with them for years even though he is a quality mechanic himself... just doesn't have the time.
They listened to my crazy story, found the problem, found that it was a frequent factory defect. Reached out to Ford found a work around and got it done for me in a day. CRAZY!! I have been chasing this for 8mo and they just nailed it. Oh... by the way... they did it for half the cost that others had estimated.
in addition, because he was trying to get it done immediately at my request one of the parts was more expensive. I approved the costs. while they were working on it they were able to find the better priced parts and significant;y lowered my bill. If they didn't tell me i would NOT have known.
I have found integrity in the auto repair business. I am a "cool" and happy man today thanks to my neighbor Bob and Brett at Network.
