You'll literally be at the highest point in the entire Las Vegas, only if you get on this ride, because the Big Shot will shoot you up the sky when it starts! I love this because I experienced true weightlessness when I was shot to the top right before it dropped back down. The ride was too short and the drop was not high enough, but it's still fun considering the view was spectacular. The ride feels pretty safe too. There is a belt on top of the shoulder restraint. Try to avoid the seats right in front of the white wall. We were assigned those seats and couldn't get a full view of the city until we're shot upward. Oh and when you hear the air pressure noise from the machines, that's your hint for being shot up to the sky, haha, anticipation makes things more exciting, enjoy!
As of today 3/8/2014:
Each ride costs $15 (which is kind of pricey for these short rides)
Tower Admission - $18
Tower Admission + All Day Unlimited Rides - $34
Tower Admission + 3 Rides - $33
Tower Admission + 2 Rides - $28
Tower Admission +1 ride - $23
Express Pass - additional $10.00
Skyjump is separate.
We got the Tower Admission + 2 rides because we were not interested in the spinning one (Insanity). Prices are not bad considering it includes tower admission. So if you pay $18 to get to the top for the view, might as well pay the extra $10 for 2 rides, or $15 for all 3 rides!
And save yourself $10 for Express Pass. We went there on President's Day Monday in the early afternoon and there was NO LINE at all. Go there when everyone is sleeping or clubbing/drinking.
The elevator going to the top was super fast! That was quite an experience too!
