having read positive reviews on google, my boyfriend & I made the mistake of taking our truck here for an oil change & transmission flush. after dropping it off in the early AM, we hadn't received a call by 5:30pm so boyfriend called- "yes it's ready n waiting for ya" and was hung up on before being able to ask the total cost or hours or anything. arriving just after 6:00pm, a rude & accusatory Employee refused to open the gate to release our vehicle because "you should've come during business hours" - which we'd have known had he not hung up on us less than an hour prior. he tells my boyfriend he shouldn't even be there, and we'll have to come back n get it in the morning. because I was now across town at work, he had to pay for an Uber home that night and an Uber back in the morning to get it- despite being able to physically see the truck from where he stood w this rude employee.
Upon returning to finally get the truck, he was informed that they didn't do the transmission flush... WHAT? you held this vehicle hostage for an entire 24hrs to change the oil??? they then had the nerve to tell him 'tough cookies' when he requested some form of reimbursement for his time, inconvenience, and TWO Uber trips.
Frankly, we may have ignored much of these hijinks had we not been spoken-to with condescension, like customers are an annoyance. DO NOT BOTHER. I REPEAT - DONT BOTHER. None of us have the time or energy to fight this hard for a service FOR WHICH YOU PAY.
