| - Oh dear lord....the pharmacy. Every time is a disappointment. The last few times I've been I I've had to wait 30+ minutes so this time I wanted to call it in and swing by to pick it up. I call it in at about 11am to pick it up by about 1:30/2pm. I arrive and of course huge line both at drive thru and inside, so I wait patiently. Finally my turn I let her know my last name, never once asked me for my first she grabs a Rx, that's not mine. I had to tel her hey my name isn't Amy. She then said she asked me it was in fact my name but she never did. Proceeded to look up my account and said the script I called in to refill was never submitted. I told her I was on my lunch hour and in a hurry so she said she would make sure they filled it immediately, not much you can do at this point but fine I can wait a few mins. She comes back about 10-15mins later to tell me to just purchase my prescription over the counter as it will be cheaper for me. I said no it's fine, I know how much it costs I'm not hard up for money and I would like the prescription my Dr prescribed. She then proceeded to tell me that they have to pull it off the shelf to fill it. I was confused but I let her attempt to, at this point she kept saying "I think this is it," or "maybe it's this one, it has DHA." At this point I am livid, I called in to refill a script my Dr prescribed me as he knows what vitamins my body and unborn baby needs not the pharmacist. I took a seat and let them deal with it and got to the point where I had to get up and leave, taking my business elsewhere because this is not how a pharmacy should be ran. The pharmacist is not my Dr to prescribe me an "alternative" because my actually prescription was out. Very disappointed, and suggest everyone else save themselves a headache and go down the street to CVS.
