  • The issue is not customer service based, the issue is that someone in the pharmacy could be swiping patient medications.... Everyone working in the store and in the pharmacy is very nice and pleasant to deal with. This has been my Walgreens for years, and I have always gotten my prescriptions filled here. Now the reason for the 1 star review.... I have been shorted on medication several different times throughout the years. I've been shorted on my seizure medication, my amnityrptaline, and twice on my tramadol. One of the times my tramadol was 10 pills short. I never said anything to them about it because I doubt they could do anything. However, the last time I went to pick up my prescription for my percocet, I was putting all my pills into my monthly pill sorter, and AGAIN pills were missing. This time 5 of them were not included. Back when I was shorted on the tramadol a few times it was doable, but since my condition took a turn for the worst this last year, they switched me to percocet, and without some type of pain medication I am trapped in bed all day. So finally today I went to the pharmacy and pulled the pharmacist aside to tell him what has been happening, so that he could keep an eye out. I'm not blaming anyone... Maybe they're just very sloppy at counting out medication... But I can't risk this happening any longer. Whether someone behind that counter is honestly miscounting medication, or they are purposely shorting patients for their own gain, the fact of the matter is that now I have 5 doses (that's a day and a half) where I will have to suffer excruciating pain because of someone else's error. I do hate to leave this location because everyone who works there has always been really nice, but because this keeps happening I am now having to switch all my medications to the Walgreens location on bell road. Don't go to this Walgreens pharmacy unless you want to risk this happening to you too. I should have made the location switch the first time I found 10 pills missing. Oh well... You live and learn, I guess. Hopefully they catch who is responsible for this.
