Flex Fitness has really been a great change from my previous direction-less workouts. I was looking for a trainer that would hold me accountable and push me to do more than I would if I were on my own. I really like the small group training (3-4 at a time at most, usually). There is a focus on performing the exercises the right way and preventing injury. On certain exercises that need it, they will spot you. This is a huge plus and allows me to lift heavier than I could on my own.
Ryan really takes the time to get to know everyone who comes in and is genuinely interested in helping you meet your fitness goals. After missing a few sessions one week, Ryan took the time to message me and I liked that I wasn't just another client. I was used to being an anonymous gym-goer at a big chain gym. I didn't expect to enjoy working out as a bit of a social activity.
As far as results, within the first couple of months my BMI dropped and I was lifting heavier things (a goal of mine). The workouts are varied and well-thought-out. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting motivation, accountability, and results. It does take dedication, but it's well worth it!
