  • I came here to get a mani-pedi since I purchased a Groupon. I must have come in on a bad day . I already had gel polish on my nails which they charged me 10.00 to soak off . That was never mentioned in the Groupon or when I booked my appointment. It seemed as if I was a problem from the start. Not once did the nail tech ask how I was nothing . She did ask if this was my first time here , I said yes so you would think I would be treated better but nope. I had glitter polish on my toes and that seemed to make the nail tech upset . As it was she was texting or whatever on the phone for 5 minutes before looking at me . As she is starting to remove my toe polish she goes " ugh great you have glitter polish " then yelled up to the receptionists hey what time is my next client "? The next appt was booked in an hour . "She says well I won't be finished ". The entire time I did not feel like I was welcomed at at. The other nail tech that was working came over to help with soaking off my nail polish and she seemed more up beat and friendly but wow! I go somewhere else in Moon Valley and the massage you feet for 15 min total and relax you , this place I get lotion put on my legs and feet . I still left a good tip which I was reluctant to do based on her behavior but she did a decent job and tried look past her attitude. I will nit be back thee are no massage chairs no jets in the basins . Maybe it's me but that's what I expect when I get a pedicure and to be treated like I'm welcome .
