Charged me twice for the first month, then wanted to charge me a third time because of computer errors. Wouldn't let me have access to my stuff in the unit until they figured out that they had in fact been paid twice already. They did refund the over charges, but never apologized. They never did give me any paperwork and never sent a bill until after they charged me a late fee.
Nice enough people at the local store but corporate customer service is terrible.
I moved my stuff out in just over a month because of the terrible service.
I would rather leave my stuff outside under a tarp than to deal with this business again. There are lots of choices for storage in the area , so give your business to someone else.
