  • Went to store for phone repair. My phone was having trouble charging. One of the "geniuses" took a look and said that everything inside was corroded and then wanted to sell me a new one to replace it. I felt on the fence, I had dropped my phone in water about a year ago and I felt that it could be possible. I decided to buy the kit to open it and when I did I discovered that one of the cables had just come loose and needed to be plugged back in. There was no corrosion what so ever! Perfectly clean on the inside!!! I felt scammed by this multi-billion dollar company and I would not trust them when they want to sell you a replacement.
