I completely agree with all the negative reviews below. CenturyLink has absolutely the worse service I've ever seen. I wish I could give them zero stars!!! Although I was their customer for many years, this company had managed to completely screw up the phone transfer process to a new address. As a result, we didn't have any phone connection for more than a week. Also, I spent about 10 hours of my time on hold / talking to a CenturyLink's employees, trying to resolve this issues. CenturyLink had lied to us continuously about this situation and they kept promising to reinstate the service the following day....for more than 7 days!! This unacceptable customer service had caused so much frustrations and inconvenience for us. Stay away from this company as much as you can!!!
