| - So, this is for the future car buyers thinking about attending this horrid place. DON'T!!! My father-in-law just recently attempted to purchase a beautiful Race Red 2015 Ram Truck from this establishment but was basically teased for half a month with idea of being the owner of it. He thought that everything went swimmingly with the trade-in of his previous vehicle and his original down payment but would eventually come to find that the greed of this dealership would take over and rip this man's vehicle away from him. He had the vehicle for a little over two weeks when he had received a call from the dealership saying that if he put $500 more down than he would have a lower monthly payment. To which he agreed and had every intention of driving by the dealership after work in order to do so. He then receives a call from the dealership about 4-5 hours after the previous call saying that the General Manager of this establishment is taking too much of a loss and either needs $3000 more down or return the car. He made the disheartening decision to return the vehicle, something that he worked hard to save for, which was ripped from his grip due to greed. In my opinion, the financial department should have been able to make this decision during the time of purchase or within the first three days of the purchase (as most states do when it comes to purchasing an automobile). Instead, they taunt the man by having him assume that everything went as smooth as butter with not a care in the world until about 17 days later. I'm sorry, but if I am driving a vehicle that I took off the lot from a dealership for 17 days I feel that I am the assumed owner of it. The same way as if I reside in a residence for over 10 days, in the state of Arizona, I am officially a resident of that household until someone evicts me through the judicial system. Furthermore, my brother-in-law just purchased an expensive truck from this dealership a month prior and referred his father to go and purchase a truck there thinking he would have a nice experience. Hell, if this dealership would not have done what they did than my father and I probably both would have bought trucks from them in the future. We know a lot of people including those in the media, where this review on yelp will be the least of their worries when it comes to bad publicity. Better up your PR department Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge, opened up a can of worms which will not shut. Hard working Americans like my father-in-law who have the means and the original agreement from the dealership to purchase and own a truck should still be driving the truck! The GM should have had enough of a business sense to know what he is doing as it pertains to his "losses" in this transaction. If I could put zero stars I would. Thanks for breaking a man's spirit.
