  • Buyer beware: We purchased Plantation Shutters from this organization and had a horrible experience all around. The owner (Heather) was very responsive until she got your order. We placed our first order with her in October, 2015 for shutters for half of our house. She quoted 8-12 weeks lead time. Our shutters were installed in APRIL, 2016 (26 weeks later). Because we wanted all the shutters to match, we order the second half from her when she promised again an 8-12 week lead time. Twenty Seven weeks later they were installed. I would never do business with this company again, I have complained to the Budget Blinds corporate office and they did nothing about it. Do yourself a favor and do not even invite them into your home.
