Insurance referral; To replace 3 house windows. First appt we missed. Their rep called and said that their tech had measured one of the windows. We resch on Apr 17 for April 20 an 8 am - 12 window. I talked to the girl for 4 minutes when I resch the appt. April 20 I called the company at 11:45 to ask where the tech was as I had not had a 30 minute call.
She said, "yes I see you are on the sch let me call to see where the techs are... "
I was put on hold and when she came back she said we were not on the sch. Umm...She proceeded to explained their scheduling system. I tried to reschedule for Apr 24 between 8-9 or 9-10. The girl said it had to be a 2 hour window. I explained we had waited 4 hours today. To either give us a 1 hour Window or we would need to find another glass company. Her reply, "then you'll need to find another glass company we have to have a 2 hour window". Which we are...The insurance agent is a dear friend of many years and I will be letting him know that they must not need any new customers. (Note The girl on the phone was always pleasant)
