  • Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in the hospital, and she got discharged the morning they were ordered to come. I called last minute the morning of delivery to cancel and Sherry was very kind and understanding and canceled the order and assured me the money would be refunded and even gave me the option to have it shipped to a florist closer to my friends home which I declined. Can't rate the flowers but the customer service is absolutely amazing.
