rev:text	This apartment complex looks great, but thats where the fun ends, it is run by complete idiots that can't seem to handle the simplest task. For example, on multiple different occasions staff have let themselves into my apartment without even a knock. When I confronted the property manager about this problem, he promised to change my lock so this could not happen again, it has been nearly a month and no lock has been changed. The amenities promised are great, yet the amenities offered are something else. For example, they offer towel service at the gym and pools, yet rarely are there ever any towels available. The gym is dirty, and I found spider webs on some of the equipment today. The overall upkeep of the property is poor at best, and the cleaning staff, although frequently present don't seem to make any progress in actually keeping the property clean. The overall disorganization of the management office is quite literally laughable. It can take up to 20 minutes for them to locate a package that had been delivered to the office that day, and the attitude you receive from the staff while requesting simple things like finding a package is incredibly poor, especially from the blonde lady that they have working in the back. It would take a crane to get her to actually get up from her desk to help someone, she'd rather just sit there and ignore you. For the price you pay here, there are an incredible amount of better options in the Old Town Scottsdale area, find them and avoid the pain and disappointment you will find here. Thank goodness I only have a 6 month lease here, the end can not come soon enough.
