If you're looking to stay in Vegas but not spend extra amounts of money on a room that you probably won't be in, then America's Best Value Inn is suited for you.
This place is located right behind the MGM Hotel which is on the lower end of the famous strip. The accommodation themselves are dated but worth the value paid.
The Frigidaire air conditioning unit in slightly noisy but works tremendously in the small space that they provide you. If you have the double bedroom, and you know that you get cold easily, then do not take the bed that is next to the air conditioning unit. The TV is very old-school and the picture is wavy. The remote control doesn't even operate the television! The plugs were super loose! I could only plug my phone up to charge with the outlet by the sink! The Wi-Fi did not work at all in my room! The Wi-Fi does work in the front office.
You are provided with fresh coffee from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. and they allow you to check in as late it 3 in the morning. They even provide you with body cream because these Vegas nights and days are hot, and you will be showing skin while visiting this city known for sin. Shower gels, shampoo and hand soap are mounted in the shower and above the sink respectively.
If you plan on being in your room for the majority of Vegas stay, then spend a little bit more money and stay at a plush Hotel. If you plan on visiting Las Vegas and see what the city is about, and you only want a place that will give you a secure spot to rest your head, then do this place. You may feel somewhat reluctant to stay here if you are looking for 3 stars or above (on a hotel ranking scale) accommodations OR surroundings!
