  • ATTN: Manager of this store: Trey!!!! Trey, back in the furniture (pull-the-boxes-area), the final place, before we hit the cashiers. This guy is amazing!! Helpful, and the best customer service that I have encountered in quite awhile. We went back there, with pictures of furniture that we had changed our mind about, and when we described what we REALLY wanted, he directed us to the exact aisle, bin #s, and in some cases, made sure that we understood that we had to take 3 boxes, or whatever the furniture required. He also checked prices for us, when the price on the shelf and bin, did not reflect what we had seen on the floor. Thank you Trey, for making our IKEA experience, a really good one. We actually have to come back, for more items, and hope that Trey is working that day.
