  • Worst experience with Belinda, she has the worst customer service EVER. Racquel was very sweet and helpful with calling customer care and taking care of us. Belinda on the other hand does not know how to do her job nor cares about customers. Rather then calling customer care and finding out what was wrong she just gave us corporates number with a horrible attitude. I'm strongly considering switching phone services because of this experience.
